Terms of Use
Last Updated: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PixelGo, a video game developed and published under the name ZAMAR Games.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing PixelGo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the game.
1. About PixelGo
PixelGo is a free, offline video game intended for a general audience.
PixelGo does not require user registration, login, or the creation of an account.
The game does not currently include:
- advertisements;
- in-app purchases;
- subscriptions;
- online multiplayer;
- player-to-player communication;
- user accounts; or
- online gameplay services.
An Internet connection is not required to play the game after it has been downloaded and installed.
2. Minors
PixelGo is intended for a general audience.
If you are a minor under the laws applicable in your country or region, you should use the game with the permission or supervision of a parent or legal guardian when required by applicable law.
Any age rating displayed by Google Play, itch.io, another distribution platform, or another storefront is separate from these Terms and may vary depending on the applicable rating system.
3. License to Use the Game
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZAMAR Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use PixelGo for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of PixelGo or any intellectual property rights associated with the game.
You may not sell, commercially redistribute, falsely claim ownership of, or commercially exploit PixelGo as your own product without authorization, except where applicable law or third-party licenses expressly allow otherwise.
4. Local Game Data
PixelGo stores limited game information locally on your device.
This may include:
- completed levels;
- game progress; and
- settings or preferences selected by the player.
This information is used only to provide game functionality and preserve your local progress and preferences.
PixelGo does not require this information to be transmitted to ZAMAR Games in order for the game to function.
Because progress is stored locally, it may be permanently lost if you:
- uninstall the game;
- clear the application's storage or data;
- reset your device;
- lose or replace your device; or
- otherwise delete the locally stored game files.
ZAMAR Games cannot guarantee the recovery of locally stored progress.
For additional information regarding data practices, please refer to the PixelGo Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Except for third-party materials provided under their respective licenses, PixelGo and its original components, including its original code, game design, level design, game structure, branding, name, interface elements, and other original content, are owned by or used by ZAMAR Games with the appropriate rights.
Certain graphical or other resources used in PixelGo may originate from third-party creators and may be distributed under separate licenses.
Some visual assets used by PixelGo are based on assets made available by Pixel Frog under the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that a third-party license, including CC0, independently grants to you.
6. Updates and Changes to the Game
ZAMAR Games may update, modify, improve, rebalance, add to, or remove portions of PixelGo from time to time.
Updates may include, among other things:
- bug fixes;
- performance improvements;
- compatibility changes;
- gameplay adjustments;
- level modifications;
- graphical changes; or
- other improvements.
ZAMAR Games may also discontinue development, support, distribution, or availability of PixelGo at any time.
There is no guarantee that PixelGo will continue to receive updates indefinitely.
7. Device Compatibility
PixelGo is provided for use on supported devices and platforms.
Although reasonable efforts may be made to maintain compatibility, ZAMAR Games does not guarantee that the game will operate correctly on every device, operating system version, hardware configuration, emulator, browser, or distribution platform.
Future operating system, browser, hardware, or platform changes may affect compatibility.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixelGo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
ZAMAR Games does not guarantee that the game will:
- always operate without interruption;
- always be free from bugs or technical errors;
- be compatible with every device;
- preserve local game progress in every circumstance; or
- remain available indefinitely.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZAMAR Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or loss of access to PixelGo.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses associated with:
- lost game progress;
- deleted local data;
- device incompatibility;
- interruption of gameplay;
- software errors; or
- discontinuation of the game.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Distribution Platforms
PixelGo may be distributed through third-party platforms or storefronts, including platforms such as Google Play, itch.io, websites, or other distribution services.
Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms, policies, privacy practices, and rules.
ZAMAR Games is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, policies, or services of third-party distribution platforms.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory requirements imposed by a distribution platform for use of that platform, the applicable platform requirements may also apply.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
PixelGo itself is designed to function offline.
However, the game, its store listing, website, or related pages may contain links to external websites or third-party services, such as a Privacy Policy, Terms page, support page, distribution platform, or third-party license.
ZAMAR Games does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to PixelGo, legal requirements, distribution platforms, or related practices.
When these Terms are updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be changed.
Where required by applicable law, additional notice or consent may be requested before materially different terms become effective.
13. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict, or waive any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply to you based on your country or region.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.
